About the Management Conference
Colorado NAHRO is happy to present the 2010 Management Conference, Transforming Lives and Communities, at the Pueblo Convention Center in colorful Pueblo, Colorado. This year’s event takes place Wednesday, May 12, through Friday, May 14. An exceptional program has been organized to expand your knowledge and skills. Executive Directors, Commissioners, and professional staff will all benefit from some 40 educational sessions and great networking opportunities.
Pueblo’s great flood of 1921 left a city in ruins. Almost 90 years later the community has been transformed into a thriving urban landscape featuring the lovely Arkansas Riverwalk, a historic downtown and a modern convention center. The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, our host for this year’s conference, has been an integral part of the community’s transformation. Come experience Pueblo’s transformation, share your own experiences and learn about new ways that our industry is Transforming Lives and Communities.
About the Maintenance Conference
The Colorado NAHRO Maintenance Conference will be held during the two days preceding the Management Conference at the Pueblo Convention Center. The Maintenance Conference is designed to provide a combination of hands-on training along with some practical program and customer service instruction for maintenance directors and staff involved in affordable housing maintenance and rehab. Full registration to the Maintenance Conference includes all sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches and the vendor reception. Maintenance Conference participants are also invited to attend any relevant sessions taking place at the Management Conference on Wednesday morning, May 12, for no additional charge (meals for Wednesday, May 12, may be purchased separately - see registration form).
