- Advocacy and Outreach - In 2025, Colorado NAHRO made a strategic investment on behalf of our members by hiring a dedicated lobbyist to represent our interests at the Colorado State Capitol. This move was a long time in the making, and we're proud of what we accomplished during both the 2025 and 2026 legislative session. This investment ensures that PHAs have a seat at the table, and are a driving voice in legislative decisions now and into the future.
